Abstract
Abstract: In our attempts to understand the complexities of social systems and the dynamics of organisational relationships, we cannot be sure that our picture or frame is the only one that can explain our observations. The ‘fuzzy frame’ presented in this chapter, enshrined within the metaphor of the dance, offers a particular way of framing organisational reality which the author claims offers useful insights into the nature of organisational dynamics (especially leadership and relationships) that may be appropriate in the turbulent and uncertain organisational environments at the end of this century.
